Worst book review site

I created an account after being referred by KDP expert My experience after a month has been nothing short of awful and a complete waste of time and money 1 You sign up to review a free book promotion but then you find out later the free book promotion only starts 6 days later You can only review two books at a time and so you can be waiting a week before you can free and review the book2 Frequently my reviews have not been verified so you waste time going back and forth with support to get this rectified3 Because the author has to approve your request to review you have to wait at least a day to find out if you can review the book Often they do not approve etc and you have just wasted a day4 There are about 14 how to videos to watch to learn the platform

BookBite will FAIL you

This happened on the 29th of August 2024 After watching a Youtube Video that strongly recommended BookBite for Book Reviews I ve created an account on BookBite co and submitted my first book a Kindle E-book for review on the first day of my Trial Period I then received an email assuring me my submission has been received and that If there was anything wrong with my submission they will reach out to let me know so i can make changes and re-submit A few hours later BookBite reacted by redirecting me to a White screen clearly stating that my Account had been Banned my subscription Canceled and my Credit card informations deleted I will add a screenshot to this Review if I can Without a warning or explanation It just happened The platform definitely didn t want me among their Users Not even for a Trial Period of 14 Days And the message on the White screen recomended me to send an email to support at bookbite co if I thought the banning of my account was done by mistake I wrote to that email address saying I don t understand why my account was banned Only they ve never replied to me Not a single word from them explaning why First I thought maybe my account was banned by a Bot Some kind of AI Assistant that took my account for something else So I ve decided to give them some time so a Human can reply to my email I ve been 21 days now Still nothing It really seems my account had been banned by a Reviewer with no explanations So do I recommend using BookBite for Book Reviews I would say DO NOT give that platform an Important Role in your workflow Because They seem unpredictable and have no respect for their Clients They can delete your Account on a Whim without Warning or explanation and You ll be left in wind Very disappointed Also DO NOT believe everything you see and hear on YouTube

If I could give 0 stars I would The way this company interacted with me about an honest mistake I made was so ruthless and discourteous I would not recommend them at all Their lack of initial response was so concerning that I thought it was a scam They would not refund money and I m yet to trial their service beyond that because it was so bad Lessons learnt and would not recommend at all If anything changes I may but not good experiences not polite

Terrible customer service

Do the owners of the company not know that their team is terrible at their jobs or do they just not care The customer service is so RUDE I wouldn t use this company just because of that Hire people that have proper experience or it will cost you more clients

SO SO RUDE And ridiculous system for reviews

Their customer service is SO rude I was genuinely in shock My main issue though is if you want to receive reviews you have to upload your book FIRST before reviewing others and collecting coins That makes no sense since I wanted to collect enough coins first before setting a specific date for my free promotion Just been with them for 2 days and had a horrendous experience

They do what they promise and most important the support is super fast and super kind I am very happy with them

I love this site For me it is better than pubby 100 I use it since the beginning of this year and can t be more happy with it The customer support is also amazing I would give it 10 stars if I could
