Customer service is outstanding They answered all my calls right away no long waits for a rep native English speakers and bend over backwards to help anyway they can O was loyal to Expedia for years no more

First Timer

This was my first time using BookIt com to book a trip I misread the flight times when booking the trip and selected flights that took way longer than I had hoped I noticed my mistake after everything was already booked and set up I called in the next day to see if I could get my flights changed so we would take off and land the same day The customer service rep not only got my flights changed to much better times but saved me money on those flights And without me having to ask the agent he took it upon himself to find different coupons for me to apply to our trip and saved me additional money I will definitely be using them again if I m lucky enough to go on another trip

We book all our trips on BookIt com because it s easy and they always have discount codes that make our trip cheaper Their phone customer service is excellent the few times we have needed to change something

I receive the best customer service experience ever The associate Cavana hopefully I spelled it right had great patience and helped me with making sure I was getting the best deal possible for my husband and I anniversary getaway I was literally on the phone for over an hour with searching for a specific destination with a certain price range and she made it work and was happy on assisting me which you rarely see nowadays Even after I finally got the place book she still made sure that all my needs were met and if I had any additional questions I was pleased with the customer service and I will definitely book my next vacation with bookit
