I hired them to proofread edit and other aspects of publishing a manuscript I ve written They went back and forth with me many times and they finally assured me that the manuscript was perfect I looked it over and found well over 130 mistakes like simple typos and misplaced punctuation that they missed All they seemed interested in is for me to pay them thousands of dollars more for them to promote the book that they failed to proofread and edit properly They were hard to get a hold of claiming many times that their server is down After being assigned a couple project managers they assigned a new one claiming the previous team was promoted within the company and no longer do that job I should have known they would have failed given that the emails they sent were grammatically atrocious and when speaking to them on the phone they could hardly speak English
