Dear Books Lovers I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent order from your company I placed an order for four books in English However to my surprise I received all four books in Hindi on Date Received I immediately contacted your customer service to report the error and request a replacement of the books in the correct language Despite multiple attempts to reach out I have received no response or resolution to my issue This lack of customer service is unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed I believe that this is a clear case of negligence on your part I have attached a copy of my order confirmation as proof of my purchase I demand a prompt resolution to this matter including the replacement of the incorrect books with the correct English versions If this issue is not resolved within Timeframe I will be forced to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities including filing a police complaint in Bangalore I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address my concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner Sincerely Your Name Your Contact Information

Unauthorized editions being sold

Bookstohome is a scam they will deliver you wrong book with xerox copy with yellow pages only I have ordered limitless and Psychology of selling and they sent me Rich dad poor dad Not replying on their whatsapp number Scam just scam Stay away

Books are Not original It s 1st copy

I had ordered 4 books in total and had ordered 2 copies of the book The Psychology of Money The books I had received seem to be duplicate or unauthorized version as there is a spell error in the book cover I had reached out to the publications mentioned in the book and they mention it is an unauthorized edition The Support team is not responding on my queries on this If there is no response need to go ahead and escalate it with consumer forum for a refund

Pathetic service Worst customer care Never buy from them

I have ordered some books but want to change some books in order or cancel the order change in order not possible so I cancel the order within 30 min of order placing But it is headache to contact to their customer care they never respond worst customer service Never ever try to order books from this site

Possibly a scam

I had bought around 7 books from their website costing nearly 900 But I canceled the order for some reason I canceled it through their WhatsApp and they confirmed that the cancellation was successful I told them that I had already made the payment so I asked when I would receive my refund They said I would get it in 2-3 days I waited but nothing came When I followed up again they said they had forwarded my UPI ID to their refund team and that the refund would be processed soon But it s been almost 10 days now and there s no sign of the refund Their customer service is absolutely the worst I would strongly advise no one to buy from them Just buy from Amazon or even your local bookstore instead This is the worst website to buy books from Their customer service is terrible and honestly it feels like a scam
