I bought the barb bell and weight set during the pandemic when anything workout related was hard to come by I was using laundry detergent for my home workouts I absolutely LOVE them and they were exactly what I needed I use them with the dumb bell to create heavier weight but also alone - I just hold the weights themselves I bought the extra weight but I really didn t need it This set is everything you need Fun colors too
