Perpetual license s will expire permanently
A few years ago I bought a perpetual license One would expect that this license will last forever Perpetual But this is a lie Boris FX let us no longer upgrade and refuses support My plan will expire permanently How is this perpetual My paid-for perpetual licence is now completely useless I have no words for this behaviour I feel ripped off This feels like a lie

They make it next to impossible to
They make it next to impossible to cancel your subscription You try to navigate their site to cancel your subscription and it takes you to a spot to verify your email and when you do it drops you into a funnel page where your only option is to buy more services Don t do it

Great support experience on Zendesk Support Site
I had bought Boris FX Continuum Complete v7 0 4 in 2011 for 595 Dollars Recently I had to reinstall it on a new PC and the codes wouldn t function anymore So I contacted the support via their support site Zendesk Since it was an old software I had my doubts but Jon did it He really got into it and tried to help me in a very professional and friendly manner So I wanted to share this good support experience
