No refund on online order
I returned an online order to Born on November 16th Inquired about the refund mid-December and received reply that even though An Post had delivered they had been having issues with mis-deliveries There was no sign of the jumper I returned and therefore I am not entitled to a refund They asked me to raise a query with An Post It is now end of January and still no sign of a refund Customer stuck in the middle of a broken refunds process

I bought something on sale
I bought something on sale When I bought it I specifically asked the sale assistant could I return it as it was for my sister She said no problem I then went to return it and they said no returns on sale items I would never have purchased if I d been told that I don t have an issue with the policy it s the sale assistant who wanted the sale and blatantly lied to me I use to frequent and buy in their store but I ll never buy anything from their store again

Horrific customer service
Firstly I have been a loyal Born customer for years so I am extremely annoyed and frustrated about how poor their customer service has been the last two months For the first time in years of being a loyal customer on the 20th of July I returned some items of clothing to Born- 150 worth of clothes I was informed by my tracking number on the 24th of July that they received the parcel Todays date is the 26th of September and I have still not received my money I have requested a call back from a supervisor several times which has been ignored there is no number to ring and they slowly reply to my emails Horrific customer service and I will boycott this store in future I hope to receive my money but after 2 months of trying to get it back I m not sure if I will

Customer service is shocking
Last Saturday I purchased a gilet from the sale rack in Born Claremorris Turns out my sister bought the same gilet in the same colour as a gift for my birthday I returned to Born Claremorris the following day They refused to let me exchange the gilet There was no manager on duty and they said there was nothing they could do The gilet had not even been taken out of the bag I had the receipt and was quite willing to take the same again in another colour or another item I explained that I had no use for 2 of the same items in the same colour On Monday I spoke with the manager and she too quoted company policy and refused to exchange I contacted head office and pleaded my case They would not hear of an exchange This is customer service at its worst I am a regular customer of Born Surely people at Born can use discretion in such circumstances

so disappointed with borns exchange
so disappointed with borns exchange policy I spent 200 on gifts for Christmas unfortunately some of the items did not fit when I returned to the store to exchange for a larger size I was told no because they were sale items while I understood there was no refund on sale items I did not realise there was no exchange either very poor customer relations I certainly wont shop there again and would not recommend to friends either

Will never shop there again
Tried to replace a shirt I bought for Christmas wanted a bigger size and was told the that it couldn t be replaced for a bigger size or swapped for anything else I was just over the return period which I think was 14 days No exceptions were permitted very poor customer service Won t ever shop there again on principle

Terrible customer service
Bought a jumper for 39 on 23 January and went to exchange it on 11th February 19 days and was told they would not exchange anything over 14 days I was going to buy two dresses spending over 100 and had them at the counter but when they refused an exchange I left them there Not only did they loose a sale They lost a good customer Never again will I buy from Born Naas

I will not purchase online again
I wound not recommend shopping with Born online I returned an item 5 weeks ago and have not been given my refund It has been delivered by An Post from the tracking number The customer service in Born has not been one bit helpful I will never make the mistake of ordering from Born online again

Brutal service
Ordered a waistcoat on the 18th of May No sign of the waistcoat arriving so on the 28th of May I send an email On the 29th of May I get an email to say out of stock and my money will be refunded 11 days later If it was out of stock when I ordered it how was I able to put it in my basket and check out Crazy stuff
