The work was carried out by your two operators who were more than helpful to an extreme They explained every aspect of the job and what to expect They cleaned up on completion even the neighbours property If asked I would rate them as 10 plus I would include the surveyor in the above Borthwick Group would get my vote

As a tax payer it was nice to get something back from the government and this via cavity wall insulation done via Brothwick group The lads turned up as stated and got straight to work They explained the process of works to be carried out They completed the work within a few hours and cleaned up after themselves Thank you for your hard work

Absolutely overjoyed with this service Everything was done so quickly from the day I found out that I qualified In all the work was done over 3 days Work men were very professional Arrived on time caused minimal disruption and explained everything well I did realise that my hall radiator wasn t working after the work was finished so I reported it online Within hours I got a phone call to say someone would be round the next day As promised two work men came and fixed the issue within 5 minutes I m very grateful for the work and the efficiency Thank you

Really friendly lads They were so kind to my grandson who is autistic and answered all of his questions without it being an issue This is a big deal to us as a family They worked together effortlessly and efficiently carrying out the job in good time The customer service I received was also excellent I would recommend this company 100 Each member of staff is a credit to Borthwick Group

I had my loft insulated yesterday and cavity walls Today a new boiler Absolutely delighted with the work Very hardworking lads and extremely polite Cleaned up after themselves and checked we were happy They worked non stop and don t even think they had food breaks Definitely recommend this company

The team arrived on or around 8 00 am as advised They were polite and friendly As stated by other reviewers they worked non-stop until the job was done They were thankful for refreshments coffee and soft drinks bearing in mind how dusty the job was They took all debris and other rubbish away leaving the property as they found it Well done

The whole experience with this company has been nothing but positive From the lad who first called at the door the girls on the phone to Stefan the surveyor and the lads who carried out the insulation work I have found them to be courteous reliable friendly and professional They came when they said they would did exactly what was promised and took care with my property Highly recommend this company

Very friendly boys they let me know what they were doing at all times they never stopped they cleaned up afterwards they did a wonderful job the boy who fitted my new boiler was just as friendly cleaned up after himself overall couldn t be happier
