This is my dream bed i always wanted one but can not afford it

Horrible communication and late delivery

I had ordered a bed with an estimated delivery time of three to four weeks And so I decided to sleep on an air mattress for the last few weeks because I didn t have an actual bed in my new apartment yet This is where the trouble began I still didn t have my bed a week past the original delivery date so I tried to contact Bosch Bedding repeatedly with over 15 calls on different times which largely remained unanswered Another week later I got an email stating that I would receive the bed later that week but I also noticed that they forgot to add installation to the bill Great A few days later I again received an email from the delivery service of Bosch Bedding This time it was to tell me that not all parts where in stock and that the delivery could take one to two weeks longer At this point I ve slept on an air mattress for almost four weeks and will probably still sleep on it for two more weeks Bosch Bedding so far has denied any compensation for their extremely bad communication and false advertising regarding the delivery times I would strongly advise future customers to buy their beds elsewhere

Misleading information and unprofessional company

I placed an order on 7th December 2020 for the item which was shown as in stock I called them several times and email communication as well and they kept saying I need to wait until January 14th 2021 When I contacted them again on 13th January 2021 I was told again to wait two more weeks for a text message I contacted them today 25 1 2021 and I was told my order was canceled in December because I was not responding to their emails and phone calls Clearly the company lied as I have email communication and phone calls recordings that I indeed contacted them several times and they communicated with me via emails and phone calls This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and lies from this company When I called today and their representative told me my order was canceled I wanted to find out the details and explain the situation but he just hung up on me Is this normal IT IS FRAUD I demanded my money back and that s why am writing this review now
