Awesome In-Store Customer Service

I bought a pair of noise cancelling headphones for 300 and returned them to the store after a year because they were malfunctioning The folks at the Pioneer Place Bose store were so helpful they straight up gave me a new pair on the spot along with accessories Super impressed I have hyperacusis wayyyy over sensitive to noise after head injuries and the headphones are clutch Thanks Bose

Totally Outstanding

I can only write about my experience and it s been outstanding customer service My Bose Sleepbuds 2 became faulty and Bose sent me out a new pair straight away However the package went missing through UPS I contacted Bose customer service and they were very helpful They ordered me a replacement to be shipped out without delay whilst they carried out an investigation on the lost package Overall Amazing Service easy to contact and the customer service agent was fantastic I thought it was the best customer service that I have ever had

I ve never written a review for any product service before but I feel compelled to do so after my 5-star experience with Bose The volume on my Bose SoundSport s right earbud was significantly lower than that of the left earbud I called customer service and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they d ship me a brand new pair for free Good people

Fantastic service

Fantastic service My daughters earphones had an issue called customer service they were polite and helpful They apologised that there might be a delay at the current time and advised it might be up to three weeks We posted the earphones Friday prepared for a wait but a brand new pair arrived Wednesday morning first thing The earphones were brand new and sealed in a box Thank you Bose will definitely buy from you again

Excellent customer service After 2 years of having bought my headphones they were not working well so I called to Bose and after discussing the issues about my headphones they changed them for a pair of new band new headphones The headphones sound is amazing by the way Bose Soundsport Thanks

Thank you Bose for coming out with the Sleepbuds II They ve given me back my life I am a very light sleeper who is awakened by any and every small noise and for the first time since I was a child I enjoy a peaceful anxious-free sleep each and every night I want to give the developers a big virtual COVID-safe hug for these Sleepbuds and for the HUGE improvement over the original product which I also loved but sadly became glitchy and unusable for me

Reading the reviews below I m quite surprised I just had a fantastic service experience swift and easy using Whatsapp I got a replacement product without any hassle and looking very much forward to continue using my Bose Quiet Comfort wireless headphones which is a fantastic product

Bose AE2W headphones Very Good

I have had my Bose AE2W headphones for over 5 years now I have recently replaced the ear pads after years using the original ones Very good build quality very comfortable and I have had many friends tell me they sound really good better than those rivals like Beats These headphones work exactly the same as when they were new and I ve never once had an issue with them would definitely recommend their products

I bought the bose 700 headphones about 1 year ago and I have been using them every single day for around 5-8 hours a day and so I have become very familiar with these headphones and the bose app I would 100 recommend these they are great headphones I have not had any problems so far the sound is great on these I think it s one of the best-sounding headphones you can get I do wish they would be a little cheaper and the app could be a bit better but other than that these are great headphones and I would recommend these to anyone
