I would of initially put 4 because of the reason I had to call but after speaking with mollie and mubasha on the 0333 number it s deffo a 5 I had to call at first because of a misunderstanding on the app and payment due date and they handled it perfectly with no unnecessary hurdles along the way the other 2 key positive facts I want to point out are 1-the speed they actually put you through to a real person through calling their number is no word a lie less than 5 seconds it s unheard of in 2024 of such a thing they don t even fob you off with a automated line that just tries to put the phone down on you 9 10 time 2- they re a UK based customer service line so no trouble understanding each other and when I compare them to the customer service issues I had with talk talk the last 2 days who had me in hold for 4 hours with no resolution just an apology they re a completely different level of service and ha dme on the phone no longer than 20 minutes hats off to mollie and basha

Just signed up to boshhh mobile Sim card came fast in post Bash at customer service is very friendly went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me Infact im so happy ive ordered 2 more sims for my other phones Very happy will be telling my friend about boshhh aswell
