Untruthful selling process
I was given a quote for my Mac and proceeded to send the device Upon receiving the device Boss Macs claimed that there was damage to the screen and proceeded to send me pictures of said damage However the photos showed no signs of the marks that they claimed off Upon questioning this the staff member became quite rude and unprofessional over email sending illegible messages It seems obvious to me that this was a tactic to get me to sell the device for a lower value I would caution against selling your device with them
