This is a scam company
This is a scam company Ordered and paid for plants Over two weeks later they ve not arrived Emails to all website addresses have bounced back I called the number on the site multiple times and no answer I texted days ago and someone called Ben texted back saying they would look into it and I ve heard nothing since despite chasing multiple times Avoid this website and buy your plants elsewhere

Please do not use this company
Please do not use this company - I never received my item despite being supposedly sent twice They never answer the phone and any emails bounce if you are lucky someone may respond by text but will never speak to you buy your items elsewhere

Botanical Hub MIA
Made an order in December for three items I have not yet received these items and communication with the company has been unsuccessful with emails bouncing back as if it is not a real email address Calling their number rings before going to voicemail background noise can t take your call right now I have texted them now and am hoping for the best as I m quite disappointed It was one of the few presents I was able to afford I will update my review in the event I get a response

Scam company
Never received order emailed numerous times which always bounced back Phoned and got cut off after one ring every time Interestingly some of their pictures of monkey puzzle seedlings are also on eBay by a company called Tree seedling specialist I m not sure if they are the same company or Botanical Hub have just taken their images

After 15 days no sign of order
After 10 days no sign of order looking at other reviews My treatment was similar Someone called Ben did answer a text when I said Paypal were now involved the answer was We will need to cancel the order then After ten days I mean the order will have to be returned he said - it is now day 15 and still no sign I too can only conclude it is a scam
