Dishonest Returns Team
Purchased two of the same handbag because the quality of the previous bag was poor The second bags received also in poor condition and were returned in the same box Order was refunded today for one bag only and they still owe 4k for the other I called them and they are saying there is no manager to speak with all managers are in meetings How is this possible for an enormous brand to have terrible service Really disappointed and feel like I m being stolen from I will no longer be shopping with Bottega which is dishonest and has crap service The company needs to revisit their practices asap How returns and escalations are handled I will be filing a police report with the warehouse where product was processed for return and calling my credit card company if not resolved within 24 hours

I m here course I m so frustrated and disappointed with the Bottega Veneta bag I bought from RUELALA website Just half year usage the bag surface has a lot of bubbles and deficiencies I asked the manufacturer they are not responsible Very bad quality and service Not worth the cost of a luxury bag

Don t buy anything at Bottega Veneta
Bought an iPhone cover to an iPhone 14 Pro which not fit the phone as one expect It s too big don t fit tight around the phone and once I dropped it accidentally and the case fall off So it s not stuck on the phone either I made a formal complaint after been trying to use the case for about two months and the quality Team argue that I have somehow worn it out I mean if that would be the case should that even be possible for an iPhone case less than 3 months old and a retail price of 250 to be worn out How can a brands own quality team not know their own quality and admit that it s poor and allow returns And the next question is of course why do they even have a quality team abroad that approve all complaints it is easy seen that the product is bad everyone can see it but this quality team they must be blind and lack all sense of common sense This is really unacceptable and need to be taken care of asap

420 euro rubber sandals peels off after a week
I bought a Euro 420 rubber sandals in Milan After I used them 2 times they peeled I sent a complaint to the shop and they asked to send a picture After two weeks I m still waiting for a reply When you charge this prices for rubber sandals it s expected that the quality should be decent and the service responsive otherwise it s just a branded rip off

I have since received a full refund to their credit even though it did take multiple calls and emails to receive this I bought a bag from Bottega Veneta only 6 months ago this item was not used daily but just for special occasions and the stitching has started to come undone this bag was about 5000 aud you would expect a refund or a new bag well No they started by saying they might charge for repairs But then said they would send it to China and they would look at it and possibly fix it this process would take between 3-4 months the staff were not helpful and not trained to deal with anything other than selling terrible experience I would tell anyone who intends to buy from them not to throw their money away on that brand Any other decent brand would insist on replacing the bag on the spot Or offering to give me my money back To make matters worse This bag was a Birthday present from my husband He had given me 5000 and i made the stupid mistake to go to Bottega Veneta i should have gone to LV who I believe treat their customers with respect not like i was what a terrible experience and what horrible customer service possibly the worst experience I ve ever had I found out that Gucci are also owned by the same company so I would not buy from them again either

Purchased the medium Bauletto in chestnut on 5 July 23 with matching wallet cassette zip around light blue Have carried this bag a total of 5 times The shoulder strap is already broken at the metal hook fastener I took the bag into the purchase location and was quasi rudely informed that to switch the strap out would take A YEAR And that if I sent it in for repair it would go faster As in like 2 MONTHS WAIT I am done with designer bags This is my third BV handbag with matching wallet in over 2 decades and it is by far the worst quality and was the most expensive From now it its going to be a New Yorker tote bag for me I am so so disappointed and annoyed A special shout-out to the horrible horrible client service at BV boutique Z rich Switzerland There is only one person at this boutique who is knowledgable and helpful and she was unfortunately not in-store when I asked about repairs

The worse service that I ve ever seen Do not recommend this brand No help CS keep you on line for more than 50 minutes or transfers you to a different store I sent them an emails I called multiple times Nobody could help me they can only advise to call another store no call backs none gives any answers regarding my questions The team unprofessional too slow and have 0 understanding of their job
