Very disappointed

The company has over evaporated the things in my box and wrote a false description of the contents therefore i had to pay triple the price in customs for the clearance

Don t use this company

UPDATE They gave this generic response below before responding to my email They purposely added 5-6 extra inches to the size of my package which then affected the customs tax which is almost the same price as the laptop They are liars Don t use this company I measured the laptop I sent exactly as indicated and added an additional pound My package was 19x3x13 and 6 pounds They changed the box specifications to 19x8x14 There is no 8 inch laptop box that I am aware of anywhere That box is almost 3 times the size of the box I sent them They added an additional 35 dollars on to my estimate for that reason And then I am getting notifcation that the taxes are another 150 to ship to colombia This is well over the estimate that the website produce They are not a private shipping company They used DHL The site is just a middle man to scam you for money to ship it with an already available delivery service There is zero phone number information and the online agent is offline all day There is no way to get ahold of anyone AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Does not live up to delivery promises Customer service does not exist

Just like other reviews which have been left regarding this company I also have had a terrible experience and I will never use their services again They are deceptive in their practices and delivery promises Specifically I was promised that my package would be delivered to Brazil within 10 days However based upon the way things are going with my shipment I have no idea when it will be delivered or if my package will ever actually arrive its destination I followed all of Boundr s shipment instructions to the letter so there is no excuse for the delays I am experiencing Here are the specifics My package which I paid extra to insure because it has approximately 325 worth of goods arrived at the Boundr facility at 10 37am on 12-04-2024 As of 08 37 today 12-08-2024 my package has not continued any further in its journey to Brazil It is just sitting in the Boundr facility I have tried to contact Boundr on multiple occasions for an update and like other people have stated they don t respond There is no contact phone number no one is ever available for the online Agent Chat and no one responds to e-mails which are sent Don t waste your time with this company because they clearly don t understand customer service and they don t live up to their promises

My package has been in Saratosa for a month now They have no idea where it is snd it should have arrived at its destination a long time ago Every time I ask what is going on with my package they tell me that they don t know that they don t have any kind of information about it and that they are very sorry but they can t do anything I don t have any kind of information about where my package is and if it a going to arrive to the final destination They said that as I didn t pay for insurance they can t return my money but I just want my package at his final destination Seems to me a huge scam and I am so disappointed and worried about my things on that package they are so important to me

SCAM Company - DO NOT USE they steal your package

Have failed so far in every way possible Same as a ton of other reviews I used Boundr to ship a package from US to Denmark for Christmas I shipped to Sarasota on 12 8 and it arrived to Boundr on the morning of 12 10 In the 8 days since then nothing No action No updates Not shipped onto the recipient Emailed an inquiry no response Their online agent is Offline Today its 12 18 and Boundr has done nothing in 8 days with a package that Boundr estimated would arrive to the recipient in Denmark by 12 15 Their website still estimates arrival in Denmark by 12 15 No support No response No action No help No ideas I would love to come back and positively update this review - but not optimistic I dare someone at Boundr to provide me with some actual service and response I actually have a suspicious feeling that when you ship to Sarasota the go through your stuff and keep it Totally SCAM company

Switch and Bait and scam company - starting class action lawsuit

I m starting to find other customers for a class action lawsuit Sent package from Florida to Denmark on December 8 and selected Fedex to deliver it on December 15 Package was then first shipped with UPS to Sarasota was not told when booked Package arrived Sarasota on December 10 and was sitting the until December 21 before it was forwarded with Fedex to Denmark Then the expected delivery date changes to January 6 2025 and on top of that Boundr charged an additional 12 for a handling fee What a scam They change the shipping method to something slower and charge additional money Everyone stay away from these scammers They deliver another service that paid for Looking at reviews I m not the only one this has happened to
