Becaful about Bouygues Telecom Fortfaits
Product bought was defective Takes weeks to get reimbursement And you have to return the product at your own costs Also when travelling overseas they charged me 85 eur for checking three messages Insane company I have tried to complain on the French rating site but their lawyers seem to have found a way to keep negativity out of it

poor signals and or speeds
Eventhough I have foortfait of 9 99 Euros almost each month since I got the sim they find a reason to charge me extra How come when fortfait limit is finished they can charge the customer It is an interesting opportunism Last month I got 40 Euros local internet cost on top of my invoice I did not allow them to let my account work further than my fortrait limit It is almost impossible to reach the customer service as well NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

payment methods are horrible
unfortunately same negative experiences as others using BOUYGUES TELECOM barely or flat out didn t work in London Nice and Monte Carlo a combo of poor signals and speeds the only place these hapless eSims worked for us was in Rome again AVOID BOUYGUES TELECOM

payment methods are designed to charge you for nothing I have been waiting for two weeks to pay the invoice by Card CB but was not allowed because prelevement en course i wait now for another 10 fine because my bank doesn t want to pay to Bouygues perhaps for good reasons it s the last invoice fine I pay will change the operator

BAD PURCHASE
DO NOT BUY - Ive used so many eSIMS and have never had a worse experience than with Bouygues I purchased and installed the eSIM because it was a great deal and it was recommended on a popular travel site I should have done more research because after I installed it I had no service Turned it off and on again a couple times and finally the signal came through - but it did not work Nothing would load no social media apps no web browsers and IMessages would not send Total scam and a waste of money

Absolutely zero customer service
Purchased my European SIM in Lyon and was connected immediately Were told and the package claimed works over most of Europe As soon as we arrived in Portugal and then onto Spain NO CONNECTION Several calls made to Bouygues while in Portugal with no outcome Our travelling companion had the same result with his similar SIM purchase

In my opinion this company is really poor in terms of service and money back
French Phone and internet out of action for 2 months from 3November 2023 to 4 January2024 but monthly fees still collected Last couple of days neither working again Went to the Cherbourg store who were not interested in helping Found a phone line to ring but impossible to talk to an adviser Managed a messenger chat but needed technical support which is impossible if you don t have a French mobile as they refuse to ring an English mobile Don t use - zilch customer service We will be changing to another provider

I want to tell you about my experience with this company The eSIM card I bought from them My eSIM card was not activated according to the company s instructions It did not activate not work at all I traveled to Europe I contacted the technical department of the company by email and again this eSIM card was not activated so I went to Europe then bought another eSIM card there and came back in two weeks After returning from Europe I contacted the company that they return my money and they don t want to return it for some false reason And they tell me that the card is active and they don t want to return my money Or they say that 5 US dollars will be deducted from the card This is a kind of fraud Because I wanted to use I tried to do it but it was not activated And now I want my money which they don t give me

suite a la rupture de la fibre cause tempete fallut reinisialiser la box j ai voulu le faire moi meme mais bon pas arriv a 70 balais peut etre depass enfin j ai eu un conseiller bouygues qui ma aid a reconfigurer ma box et pour neeflix mauvaise manip je me suis creer un compte alors que je suis en partage avec un de mes proches neeflix et bouygues se renvoie la balle et moi le gogo plus que a payer donc vais aller voir ailleur pour une facture de 19 99 ils perdent un abonnement annuel ils s en foutent et conseillere au telephonne encore plus
