Take the P3 challenge
If base heavy Beats are your thing then read no further I stumbled across B W in the airport where i found my P3s To say I was smitten is an understatement They are awesome I have been trying to find a set of headphones for years that could deliver what I had heard others only talk about The depth of sound is second to none I think these P3s are the pinacle of headphone technology Without a doubt And yes I have tried every brand you could think of and these are the best By a country mile The customer service has always been spot on as will be explained below B W close your ears at this stage I decided to upgrade to the P5s and was sorely disappointed It was like the extra comfort padding muffled the divine speakers I tried hard to get used to them because they really where comfortable but alas I always went back to the P3s So I emailed B W to ask for a refund Even being 2 weeks outside of my no quibble return they still allowed me to return them for a full refund In my view the P3s are the best headphones ever made If your sceptical take the P3 challenge I have done this with friends Pick your favourite song Take it and your current headphones to the shop and play it on both headphones Not met a person yet thats thought theres was better than the P3s I was gonna give it 4 stars because there P5s were not what I hoped But their customer service and the fact they still make the P3s means they have to get 5

Superb after-sales service when compared to other brands
I purchased B W C5 headphones approximately 18 months ago Unfortunately I found that when I was walking with them recently the sound would cut in and out as if the wire had frayed inside I dug out my old receipt and got in touch with B W CS They sent me returns authorisation on the Monday I posted the headphones back on the Tuesday I was fully expecting to wait 2-3 weeks and as I begun to consider what my life would be like without sound on the tube Thursday arrived It was on Thursday that I received a notification from B W CS to say that they could not fix the fault and so were sending me brand new ones Fantastic I thought To my absolute surprise the new C5 s arrived on Friday So we are talking about 4 days turnaround less than 1 working week I have never experienced this service with competitor brands Well done B W this is how after-sales should be done For example I won t name the company but I had something that stopped working after 11 months I was fobbed off from pillar to post passed from store to store the store I had purchased my item from had gone bust with no one wanting to take ownership I appreciate the stores are independently owned but it s not the after sales service you expect from purchasing a 5k speaker system B W recognise who their customer base is and work relentlessly to ensure they are ticking the right boxes in terms of customer satisfaction Special thanks to Ebony in the CS Team She responded to all of my emails within a couple of hours maximum and provided me with thorough explanations about returns processes She has been a great help in keeping my confidence in B W high

Customer service is superb Products sound awesome
Please bear in mind that the majority of people only leave reviews when something has gone wrong so despite there being a few negative reviews below I do not believe that B W products have inherent issues more so than other brands Essentially i believe some of the reviews paint an unfair picture of B W Certainly of my experience anyway I have quite a few B W products floor standing speakers subwoofer centre speaker satellite speakers Zeppelin wireless PX headphones and now P14 earphones I absolutely love the sound quality and the quality build of the products I have however had a couple of issues with headphones firstly my PX headphones went faulty in that they would not reliably connect to bluetooth after around 14months use within 2year warranty Absolute perfect customer service though - they sent prepaid postage reviewed the issue and within a week simply replaced with a new pair without quibble Similar experience with my P13 earphones Left ear stopped working unfortunately Sent back again - unsurprising to me that they decided they were uneconomical to repair and they simply replaced with a new pair of the higher level P14 s because no longer had stock of the obsolete P13 s Now obviously no one wants their products to fail in the first place but they do deal with issues brilliantly well in the event of a problem Big shout to Scarlett and Danielle among the customer service team Really pleasant to deal with and very efficient I for one love the products and am delighted that I choose to buy B W products because 1 I have had barely any issues anyway in the 18ish years since I bought my first B W product so I am happy with the quality and lastability of products 2 The sound quality is AWESOME 3 My experience of Customer Support and Service is absolute first class Great job B W And thank you Danielle Scarlett Keep up the good work People do appreciate it -

Awful customer support and qc
Awful customer support and build quality is almost as bad It took hours of long distance calls tonget a replacement to arrive to my house safely Replacement pair turned out to be as poorly made as the original pair This company used to make very good speakers but stay far away from their headphones

Second PX5 with same malfunction on loudspeaker now left side First scratching then dead Never buy anything from B W Excellent Sound but poor quality Service in Germany was very good Nettetal They replaced the first one with a new one But now guarantee is gone

After 10 years still crap
We bought 3 B W A7 s for about 10 years As from the beginning we experienced a lot of problems So after 2 years we said goodbye to 1 after 4 years the second one did not work anymore The last one more or less functioned for the past years but each half year for unknown reasons we had to reinstall it Today again and this time we had a lot of difficulty on getting the reset working Maybe B W is not interested anymore in keeping their devices up to date as the latest release of their software is dated 2015 and for sure their were a lot of new developments in our Apple environment We will now remove the last B W and for sure will not buy new equipment from them

Don t buy Bowers and Wilkins
Don t buy Bowers and Wilkins I have 3 pairs and only one works One will not hold a charge The other pair one earbud shorted out and muffled sound CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED Very difficult to deal with back and forth emails intentionally to discourage any return or repair Impossible to deal with Furthermore not enough control on devices and they will stop functioning and company will leave you out in the cold for repair or replacement

Worst f cking headphones i ve ever had paid 300 for a f king pair of p15 s and i got the worst sound quality of all and also the worst f cking noise cancelling you can ever get on a wireless headphone Literally just destroyed them as its useless headphones Not even looking for a replacement Just gonna buy new ones from another brand F cking useless brand quality DONT BUY FROM THEM

My p7 wireless headphones stopped working on the right side contacted customer support to be told we can t fix them so here s 25 of as an act of goodwill to buy another set don t think so now a happy B O user absolutely rubbish support avoid this company and their shoddy products
