Made My Life Harder
Legitimately the worst large data storage service I have ever used even when compared to completely free services like google drive or OneDrive It doesn t come close to integrating seamlessly with other data storage formats like it claims and has made my job so much harder The worst part You can t edit the size of the windows to be able to view full file names you have to preview the file to just see the TITLE and the preview rarely loads well Godawful service going to be warning my contacts in the industry not to touch it with a 10 ft pole

BOX AUTON RENEWAL IS A SCAM
BOX IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEY FORCE YOU TO SIGN UP FOR AUTORENEWAL BUT THEN HIDE HOW TO CANCEL IT You CANNOT cancel auto renewal by clicking a box on the website rather they bury the cancellation in the help section and you have to jump through several menus before you finally get to a generic email form You also CANNOT remove your credit card information from their website The customer service is atrocious I didn t find this website until I scrolled to the bottom of the complaint search results They ve done a good job of pushing down negative review search results I just can t believe they make it this hard to get out of auto renewal It s senseless BUYER BEWARE

Bad Company
They are a bad bad company They charge a lot of money for a service that is frankly available elsewhere for a lot less Also now that I have read these other 1-star reviews I am adding in my experience with their terrible customer service I tried to cancel my account and they will not let me They charged me 172 for the next year when I clearly will not be using it They re just a really bad company and I would not trust them

Don t try to cancel from this company
Don t try to cancel from this company because you can t even do it from within the product They make you ask about 6 different questions before it says you can t do it and need to contact support Then when they finally respond to your support ticket they ll blame you for going over your billing period and are doing you a favour by cancelling it What a joke stay well clear

Another completely terrible experience
Another completely terrible experience with Box is unfolding today We are a 15 user customer and are locked out Sales team do not give a monkey s billing and support team do not take phone calls from PAYING customers I am surprised that these guys are still in business - their systems are setup with the sole purpose of annoying their customer base

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service I am an admin for 2 Business Plus with Governance accounts 1 Personal Pro account and 1 paid Personal account i e 4 paying accounts and support says they cannot do a 5 min customer service call If someone has 4 paying accounts with you you do the right thing and pick up the phone spend 5 mins with them and resolve the issue Alternatively 45 mins spread over multiple emails over multiple days for the same issue is in NO WAY efficient use of customer or company time

WORST COMPANY EVER after the trial period where they allowed me to upload as much data as I wanted and after I spent over a month uploading the rest of my data they now lock everything and say I can only upload 1TB mount

Big mistake We have used them for many years
We have used them for years They sent their own compliance officer after our firm for a FINRA problem Which would be very serious if it applied to our firm Our business has nothing to do with that industry of stocks bond etc We are just a small family independent Health Insurance agency that does not and has never had to deal with that particular federal guideline Sadly will will have to deal with their poor management situation Close our account and go to another cloud service What a hassle Buyer beware

Box on case review has issued a full refund for which we are extremely grateful Buyer beware The product is not suitable for smaller companies as no single user subscription is available When signing up it is advertised as a monthly payment but before you know it you have paid for the full year in advance which in our case was 468

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE They changed my password FOR ME and then refuse to send me the email necessary to get back into MY OWN ACCOUNT I ve filed tickets with their customer service and they too go unanswered Thank God I didn t store any valuable data with these inept thieves
