The boxes are poor quality

The boxes are poor quality they don t fit and stay together correctly as the sides keep in popping It s as though the tabs are not long enough Not impressed

Delivery was fast and efficient However the quality of the boxes as below my expectations as they do not hold their form without additional help of packaging tape

Great products poor communication of large price rise

Great products and great service just very disappointed by the extremely large price increase without notice and disproportionate to any other increase seen anywhere else

They increased the prices with nearly 100

I bought for the first time a few boxes to test them single wall 6x6x6 Received quick in good condition The quality not the best but acceptable Today I was really shocked because I went there to buy more boxes 6x6x6 which I paid last time 26 26 free postage for 200 pcs now the same boxes cost me 45 99 if I want to get free postage the order should be minimum 75 Come on guys to understand that 2 weeks ago on 21st Feb was Black Friday and I bought everything at half price I checked the other prices because I ve got them on my computer 2 weeks ago I was really interested to buy from them but now as I can see all are up with nearly 100 2 stars are for this think not for what I ve got Sorry but case close for me just to letting know the other customers about that

Used to be good and include a free roll

Used to be good and include a free roll of tape as a package deal which was a nice touch Now - no tape significantly higher price than it was less than 18 months ago I paid almost 30 more than I did for the same product last time The boxes arrived late and were badly damaged on the edge of the pack I had to use them as I was packing for a house move the next day Not a great experience overall They have let their quality and service slip which is sad as they were once good Less than adequate experience when you are really relying on something like this for a house move

Got house number wrong on delivery

Got house number wrong on delivery label by one number Only found this out by finding the GPS location then going on the hunt for our parcels Found them other side of the estate left in someones garage and had to drag two decently heavy boxes along the street

Some of the boxes were damaged on arrival but no response to my email Update - the issue was sorted with a refund after chasing again The boxes are great with the coloured insides
