Horrible experience way long to get my product they showed up super tiny as I ordered XL they didn t even cover my man s butt at all no response for a refund quality is horrible beware

Almost a month since I placed my order

Ordered bamboo boxers and never received them Their tracking said the were delivered but I was home all day and no delivery truck showed up BOXHERO US has some nice looking products but it s a scam site

Almost a month since I placed my order and still have nothing The trustpilot on the website turns out to not be a real link but a screenshot of it No way to leave an actual review on the website I am sure I am going to get a garbage product at this point Edit after receiving productsAs expected the under wear and socks are of poor quality Emailed to take advantage of 45 day guarantee that is clearly stated on website along with free returns and much to my surprise I get a response that I have to pay for return shipping and was only offered a 35 refund This is the definition of false advertising They are now ignoring my emails after I sent them a link to their refund policy and screen shots of the guarantees they make on their website STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company I ordered a 10-pack medium from Boxhero and received what looked like XS made for a child I requested a refund from their company and received an email offering me to keep the boxers and they d send me the correct size if I paid for shipping I declined and informed them that I d prefer to get a full refund This was December 2nd Since then I ve received one email from them offering me a 50 refund if I Keep the boxers This company s product is terrible and their customer service is even worse They often respond to customer reviews on review websites to make it seem like they care it s just a front Avoid this company at all costs

Product did not fit as shown or promised I ordered XL The label on the inside of the product said 3XL I found the product to be soft but small and uncomfortable I m pretty sure this product comes from Asia because it took nearly three weeks to get to the U S from its shipping point I personally would not buy this product again

Worst company in the world I purchased my underware on December 7th on Dec 27th I emailed support to ask where my order was crickets heard nothing Tried to email support again Nothing Filed a complaint with PayPal They gave them 14 days to reply On day 14 they told PayPal they delivered them They have not been delivered to me yet and I am out the 45 Now I have to go to the bank and tell them this is fraud DO NOT BUY THESE
