Very happy with the food so far and would recommend based on that very good quality tastes unbelievable and always delivered on time Reached out on instagram with a few questions and got a prompt response So far so good

Personally I love the bozu meal preps they have great macros and actually taste brilliant I have tried soooo many meal prep services and they all tasted processed and horrible These you can tell focus is on the food and flavour I ve just restarted again after having a few weeks off traveling for work And this for me is the only improvement point I d say because I travel a lot for work I will have to be pausing every month or so for a week etc it would be great to be able to update pauses and delivery amounts online rather than having to email to ask not only from my perspective of ease but I feel like a pest emailing each time I need to update something I will add though I have only have good experiences with the customer service

My health wasn t great due to a number of things like my busy workload I tried meal prep in the past but wasn t impressed then I came across Bozu and I m happy to say 6-weeks in I m loving the food delivery to my office helps along with their regular menu change Overall its been great I would absolutely recommend them
