Not going mad These reviews have helped me realise the scam that is BP Me Rewards Will deregister and change my fuel station as three times I ve tried to sort the card and points Have had this card for 5 years and buy fuel at least three times per week and still 0 points even though I ve called the support team three times Tried to use the app and despite repeated circling no further forward I give up On to another fuel company reward scheme

Redeemed 50 pounds worth for m s vouchers and when we tried to redeem 1 had zero pounds on it After sending details bp rewards said it was for amazon despite me screenshots of the voucher Now they dont respond Spend 10000s on diesel every year as a hgv driver so probably move to shell in future

Impossible to contact re faults - totally useless web site

Absolute Con My total points were bombing up what with premium fuel x4 points and putting over 80 pounds in every couple weeks Clicking on all bonus points and seeing my money going up from 5 to 7 to 9 now 10 something I thought this was amazing at this rate il have a full tank of fuel free But that where it all changed no sign of the 10 something instead slammed back Down to 5 what a con a where is the rest of my money I will not be prioritising BP in the future

Totally useless web site requires card number and CVV to sign in even for FAQs - BUT doesn t recognise these details for this or any part of the site Impossible to contact about problems because of these basic faults AND because there is apparently no phone number to use as an alternative

Over 1000 spent in fuel last week

What a joke I fill the truck and van up every single morning with about 80 pounds of diesel After about 2 or 3 days I checked the stupid card I made about 4 pounds so let me get this straight I spent about 300 GBP of fuel and rcvd 4 quid Hahaha Pathetic Card went into the bin and cancelled Wow what a joke

App fails constantly

Over 1000 spent in fuel last week card swiped every time and never any points added Contacted CS via the app and never received a reply BPme rewards is a scam it s nothing more than data harvesting avoid at all costs

App fails constantly Try logging in again and it tells you you are already registered - thats why I am trying to login rather than Register For a giant company this is embarassing

Don t bother with it

Possibly if not 100 the worst loyalty card ever 5 years and many many hundreds of pounds for 15 Absolutely pointless BP should be embarrassed by this making billions annually but like most other oil companies greed is the only way
