Their customer service is abysmal
Their customer service is abysmal they have had an authentication issue with gmail going on 4 months and it has yet to be resolved And their attitude about it has been oh well I have used Billquick Online for 8 years and the user experience has grown progressively worse Happy to be finally leaving them

Time saver
We are a small engineering consulting firm and we ve been using BillQuick since 2009 It has made a huge difference in our billing procedures The whole process is a lot smoother AND faster than what it used to be when we were using manual excel methods Highly recommended

Really great software and support
I have been a user since 2000 and am continually amazed at how much more versatile the product keeps getting and how accessible the whole BQE staff is - from sales to support to the CEO The software is very robust with the intent to be the best for their targeted users - and not a watered-down mush just to appeal to everyone with a computer
