Just avoid They tie you into a long contract and refuse to let you out when you want to leave Why would you use something like this when there are MUCH better file-sharing systems out there They ignore emails and do not want to help Appalling company

Brandfolder is a Soulless Machine
The men on the sales team were very nice and responsive until I signed the contract Literally 2 days later over a weekend my employee who was going to be the administrator for the DAM and related processes was offered a position at a large high profile design firm I let them know I needed time to find someone to replace her but the sales team would only give me a one month extension I have a very small business and investing in this platform is not a trivial decision for me I only asked to push back the start date and they wouldn t budge I have never received any services from them I have no access to the platform and never have Three months later they have sent me to collections There are laws against this kind of behavior but they vary by state I have since had to hire an attorney to fight this Brandfolder has been a soulless machine that is happy to eat up a small business and spit them out
