Palette higher as stated on website and

Palette higher as stated on website and delivery information therefore could not be placed in garage as intended but put on walkway which is frequently used as school situated nearby additional -2h work as walkway needed to be freed ASAP and therefore everything taken 2 times in hand NO reaction on chat NO reaction on email by brandhoutgigant the only reason to go for this sort of wood was the stated high of the palette otherwise definitely would have bought another sort

Delivery as planned but some problems

Delivery arrived as requested however - The delivery its 2 days instead of the 1 day advertised on the Belgian website on the Dutch sister website Openhaardhout Gigant this is specified - No info about delivery confirmation and when asked for information through their website no response was given

The wood sonerimes dirty good service

The wood was partly quite dirty dried earth Would be good to pay more attention to it i the future Delivery was flexible with our time constraints Many thanks for this Customer service very quick in answering also during unusual opening hours another plus

Communication can be improved

The wood was not delivered on the day we agreed but one day earlier and thus stayed an entire day outside in the rain Nervertheless I changed my evaluation from 1 to 4 stars given the excellent customer service they provided They quickly recognized their mistake and gave me a 25 discount on the next order
