Non existent customer service
Ordered two items in different sizes as were unsure on right size Liked the product but needed to return the one that was the wrong size Requested to return by email and got confirmation of request which stated would be contacted once request reviewed 3 days later and no response so sent a second email 3 days later still no response Managed to find a phone number so rang and was told the right people were out to lunch and might be back for 2 30pm Rang again later no answer
