Our boiler had broken and we needed a new one Spoke to BRB on Thursday surveyor arrived on Friday and boiler installed on the Tuesday taking only 5 hours to do so Very impressed with the communication from this company and the service we received The entire team are great to deal with and would highly recommend them

BRB Heating are an impressive company that respond to need and provide an excellent service They provided a new heating system for my home and also repaired my neighbours ceiling within hours of receiving the call I highly recommend this company They employ great professionals and care about customers

An excellent experience
An excellent experience from start to finish Online quote followed up the next day engineer appointment made for later in the afternoon and quote given immediately All this within 24 hours Job agreed quote accepted work completed 48 hours later A complete new boiler fitted within 96 hours in January impressive by any standard Everyone I dealt with was polite honest and open I Immediately felt this was a company I could trust and they did not let me down They have been in contact since the job was completed and the paper trail has been superb I would have no problem recommending this company

A great service from start to finish
A great service from start to finish A new boiler 8 replacement radiators and two new ones installed in a day and a half The three guys who did the job were polite helpful and very efficient The house is warmer already

What an impressive company
What an impressive company From my first contact with them they gave a very comprehensive service providing a very detailed fixed price quote through to completion of what was an unusually complex job All of the engineers on site were obviously very competent and experienced and ensured at all stages that our house was kept clean and tidy Well done BRB

BRB done an amazing job
BRB done an amazing job they arrived at 8 o clock and did not stop until the job was done The guys were so friendly and very clean and tidy there was no mess yet I had got a heater put upstairs I could not fault anything even Nicole in the office is super friendly and answers all your questions you might have I couldn t recommend them enough

New boiler and thermostat fitted a few weeks ago Good communication before hand and very happy with the installation Engineers were very friendly and informative At one point we had 6 tradesman in so the installation was finished by 2pm We could have got it a bit cheaper elsewhere but not with 24 months 0 finance and a 10 year guarantee All in all we were very happy with the installation and can highly recommend this company
