Shocking experience from start to finish
I contacted these about some money a guy owed me from a job I was working on at first Hayley seemed nice but that s where it ended I was told my fees would be about around 7k but I ended up paying nearly 12k in the 12 months I dealt with Hayley she never knows made a phone call to myself Even at the start middle or end I never got any evidence of why I had to pay certain amounts all I got was I ve had to do a lot of work if they didn t get the money I was harassed with many emails When we went to trail my barrister got Covid the night before so my new barrister had 12 hours to review my large case and present it in court Remember how much fees I have paid NEARLY 12k My new barrister told me the case went well and she was confident I wouldn t lose same with my solicitor For some reason I the case didn t go my way Still I have never had a phone call from my barrister or solicitor My solicitor then tries making out being 26k out of pocket all together isn t that bad through an email I have never dealt with a business as unprofessional as them in my life There was a time at Christmas where I paid them 2 400 and I thought that was the last amounts I had to pay because it went to nearly 9k 6 weeks later with no mention or notice she s wanted 3k extra Through no fault of my own Hayley and this solicitors don t care about you as a person all they are bothered about is how much money they can make If I had the strength I would take them to court but I don t I feel truly let down I have all the proof of the above incase anyone wants to contact me Please don t use these my name is Robert kaskiewicz you can add me on Facebook and I will tell you on there Truely shocked by the whole experience

Conveyance mess
Shifted from one conveyancer to another Not kept informed of the process My case started in September 2023 and is still ongoing in April 2024 and I am now at risk of losing my mortgage offer Terrible service and not easy to make a complaint against

Never again
I used Stacey for my conveyancing needs but mainly engaged with some called Kirsty They were definitely not acting in my best interests and when I raised my concerns I was told they couldn t see any problems An absolute waste of time and money especially as the potential vendor was a liar

we were recommended this solicitor All was OK until I spoke to giovanna for the first time for an update Her tone was rude and patronising Told me it takes 2 days to answer emails I found her very difficult to speak too due to her manner Within a few weeks she eventually told myself and my brother she didn t want to speak to us only my son Enquiries took almost a week to deal with At one point a restriction was found which took 4 days to come back but was for the wrong house The whole process took nearly 6 months for which we did most of the research The toll it took on my health was difficult Wouldn t recommend this company and definitely not the solicitor
