DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM ON THE INTERNET I ORDERED 2 ITEMS 10DAYS LATER NEVER ARRIVED CONTACKING TRADING STANDARDS AND MY BANK LOOK AT THEIR EMAIL IT IS A GMAIL NOT A PROFESSIONAL EMAIL OR COMPANY MANY OF THESE SITES POP UP NEAR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU WANT PRESENTS LIKE THIS FOR OUR CHILDREN

I m genuinely sad right now Absolute scam company rip-off cheap made in China and sent from China I should ve just read other reviews instead of the website itself I am literally a student who just spent my last money on something that I thought would be beneficial The reason I have ordered this item is so that I can work on my panic attacks and anxiety during the nights that I almost get on the daily I have waited nearly a month so ecstatic to get this I just got it today and was so excited to get it And well I got it in a plastic bag and so I thought this product would have settings or buttons to customize the functions of the doll But no you can only press that foot on the doll and there were only 4 options Very limited It said that there would be the heartbeat music adjust the volume and other things None of descriptions fit with the product AT ALL PS It also has a tag that says it s made in China In other words this is a big scam DO NOT BUY FROM BREATHING OTTER I am very disappointed with my purchase

Awful cheap poor quality product Made in china and comes wrapped in a plastic bag When I put batteries in it did work unlike some reviews but was just awful I bought for my new baby nephew but too embarrassed to give it to him also think the product is most likely unsafe for young children It will be going in the bin What a waste of 20

This is not a company it is a SCAM The koalas I ordered were not the colours requested and they are utter rubbish cheap inferior and a danger and don t even work properly They state on their website they are a UK based company and they are not I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered They say they will refund and they won t Their website looks so genuine when it s all a pack of lies They should be locked up doing this to unsuspecting customers DON T ORDER it s a SCAM I am reporting them to Google PayPal Chinese Authority Trading Standards They must be closed down These people are scum of the earth

DO NOT purchase one of these So disappointed that I put my trust into something that seemed so good without looking around Waste of money never again Paid 26 99 for it to arrive in a Jiffy bag The control part is too big to fit in the back of the item the zip is sewn on back to front This is just the start the motor that moves up and down in the tummy is so loud you can not hear the breathing or music over it It s not calming in anyway what so ever

Like everyone else I wish I d read the reviews first Ordered 9 December for Xmas present After waiting over 10 days I emailed to enquire where it was No response and after emailing twice more I asked that they cancel the order as it still hadn t shipped I then purchased a much cheaper one off amazon that arrived the next day Koala eventually arrived after Xmas and I have emailed 3 times since to request a return and refund After no response I gave up and gifted it to someone else only to find it doesn t actually work It beeps like a truck reversing it doesn t breath no lights and the button in the foot you are supposed to operate it with isn t even there I ve emailed again with video but not holding my breath for a response Do not buy one of these
