My son ordered the new filter on my behalf one day and it arrived before 9 00am the following day and I thought you couldn t get better service than that

The filters I needed were out of stock when I first looked on their website so I was able to request an email when they again became available I ordered them when I got the back in stock email and they arrived within a couple of days Service and product excellent

Great for hayfever Would recommend

We have awful hayfever in our house and sleep has been a struggle I d been looking at combined- fan purifier but got in touch with Dave who explained a purifier would work better than a combined unit so went with his recommendation It s easy to use and set up and we re sleeping much better The air quality where we are is rated excellent and in our room was good But clearly the pollen is our enemy I would absolutely recommend it and do feel in the 3 days of using it- I ve slept better It s not a miracle that gets rid of it all- I do still wake up sneezing but I m no longer waking up and struggling at night which is a big improvement They re super easy to get in touch with have amazing turnaround times for responses and the product does what it need to Set up is quick easy and hassle free Have recommended to all and wouldn t hesitate to buy if like us you struggle Worth it I looked at Dyson and another for the cost I think what we have aesthetically looks better Customer service is seamless It Does the job - why spend more money on the same thing
