Unreliable Business DO NOT Waste Your Time Money

Normally I do not post a review unless the service is exceptionally good or BAD Do not waste your time and money Terrible service I wish I could give them ZERO Star they don t even deserve 1 They DO NOT honour their promises and deliveries They even don t let you know if item is backorder and keep your money and constantly change the delivery date for months weeks without admitting that item is not available They did that to my order for almost 2 months which caused me to miss the season to plant bulbs Do yourself a favour and avoid doing business with Breck s

Beware-infested rhizomes

I ordered quite a few German bearded irises Upon arrival I contacted the company because most were dead not dormant Several had clear signs or borer infestation I haven t heard a peep despite several different routes of trying to contact them Horrible product horrible customer service

Hundreds of dollars wasted

I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of bulbs and they shipped them out so late that it had already been -14 Celsius for a week I live in zone 3 and it is absolutely unacceptable to ship bulbs out this late for fall planting Complete waste of money as I can t plant these into fully frozen soil

Terrible trying to get a refund

Terrible trying to get a refund Been waiting almost 3 weeks phoned twice and was told my refund would be escalated and I d get a phone call in 24 hrs HA No call no refund Don t buy from them I m going to the Better Business Bureau if I don t get my refund this week

Don t buy from them

Ordered May 15 a special surprise gift Heard nothing May 23 I received a note saying FedEx will deliver on May 25 No package has arrived Still in the original FedEx office No notices And I actually paid a mailing fee to this company Don t be lured in by their supposed plant offerings Not worth the hassle

I have been a Breck s customer for years Wonderful assortment of bulbs flowers and gardening items In the past I was satisfied with orders and shipments Years have changed It is 2024 Products not arriving orders lost empty shipping containers late shipments Sad to experience their decline Another good customer lost

I bought pants from the in June

I bought plants in June by November I had not received them and no refund Very poor customer service I do not recommend I phoned close to 8 times each time they are telling stories As I write this review I still had not received any plants or refund

Do not order from them

I strongly advise against ordering anything with Fall shipping from this company I placed my order on May 4 yet they shipped it on November 20 when local temperatures had dropped to -20 C At the time of my order their website stated that the last Fall shipping date was much earlier However as delays mounted they kept pushing the deadlines on the website eventually listing November 22 for Zone 3 a date completely impractical for anyone familiar with planting I cannot assess whether their plants can survive because the shipping was deliberately timed to ensure the plants arrived damaged and frozen I attempted to contact them earlier but received no response Later they claimed to have never received my emails I wish I had read reviews on this site before I made my order

Horrible service

Horrible service Bulbs ordered in July for zone 4 promised in mid September still not shipped in late October Their customer service only offered to add rush to my order after I threatened to cancel Too little too late and very disappointing as this ruins my plans for my garden for a whole year
