The death of a good supplier
Only 18 000 customers was a surprise to me This company showed me that a utility company COULD supply monthly accurate bills providing that customers sent the readings at the right time This was the ideal company for people who cared about controlling their finances and would take responsibility for their own account I am devastated they have ceased trading Possibly forced out of business by a system that placed ridiculous demands on them and yet is incapable of honest trading practises I doubt that in my lifetime I will ever find such a good utility supplier with competitive prices and good service I wish the staff all the best and hope they all find jobs they enjoy

Just found out about Breeze finishing
Just found out about Breeze finishing and am very upset The only company to fully meet my needs I have been with them for the last two years and have found them so easy to deal with also being the cheapest for dual fuel I could find So sad that this has had to happen No doubt Ofgem will direct me to a more expensive company with not so good services

Oh great a good local energy supplier with a great website has gone bust Very sad at this news as Breeze were the most helpful transparent provider I have dealt with in years OFGEM are now switching me to British sodding Gas The worst provider I have ever dealt with Thanks a lot Can t wait to switch again ASAP Thinking of all the staff at Breeze Energy particularly at this time of year Very tough times

what a sad day rip breeze energy we are now moved to British gas by ofgem get ready to pay some extra si switched to breeze from b g about 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the tariff and service i receivedi feel sorry for all the fantastic staff who have lost jobs

A Breeze in the winds of change
So sad to learn yesterday that Breeze Energy is ceasing to trade which I think is not the same as going bust I found their website so easy to navigate and so accessible via the phone on the few occasions I wished to speak to them Nice to see that all my data is still available to access as the website is still online Initially impressed by Ofgem process of guarding my power source and reassuring words that my balance is still there British Gas Is it British Roll on the transition then we ll see what the options are Thank you Breeze Energy Can t wait for the Northern Power House

One of the best energy companies I have
One of the best energy companies I have used customer contact and support second to none - very sad that a really good company has failed and that terrific staff have lost their jobs - even when they raised my tariff I stayed because of their customer support and eagerness to help - now ofgem in their infinite wisdom have appointed the worst energy supplier British Gas to let me be one of their customers who without hesitation promptly stuffed me onto one of their worst tariffs - looks like I ll be again switching from them - Avro Energy for me

Horrified to lose Breeze Energy as a supplier
As my previous reviews have stated Breeze Energy was a fantastic company to deal with Destroyed by a questionable system perhaps Ofgem transferring me to British Gas who I have dealt with three times before and always had problems with The B G rate quoted would increase my costs by 365 per year and Ofgem appointed them following a competitive process Ofgem has run to get the best deal for customers So far I have sent e-mails to B G and had no reply I have given up phoning and trying to communicate with the overseas chat lines A relative of mine also ex Breeze is more patient than me and got a nonsensical response from the phone call she made I wish all the best to the Breeze Energy owners and employees they deserve success and happiness
