Bialetti glass jugs does not fit
We purchased an 8-cup Bialetti cafetiere a few years ago from John Lewis Normal replacement glass jugs from other manufacturers which fit our other Cafetieres are too wide for Bialetti Cafetieres so we ordered 2 replacement Bialetti glass jugs from Brew Italia They arrived this morning branded Bialletti on the side They do not fit They are exactly the same size as normal jugs Beware

Bialetti handle broke after a few months of use My wife sent them an email about it and had no reply 10 days later despite their website saying they respond within 2 days Very poor

I placed an order for an electric moka pot and some coffee with brew italia as no other supplier was as good with pricing Delivery was free It was dispatched quickly and an email with the tracking number was sent so I could track As it is a gift I was worried about how long it would take but it will come in good time I recommend them
