Terrible quality Not worth the money Took forever to arrive The gun is extremely cheap and way smaller than it should be My son saw it on some YouTube channel and frankly that YouTuber should be ashamed for promoting this trash My 13 yr old spent 60 of his hard earned money on this and it looks like a 5 Walmart toy

Total scam We did eventually receive the gel blaster gun we ordered shipped from China but never received the additional battery and gel beads that were part of the order The gun doesn t work just sends out broken gel beads I emailed 3 times requesting to return and they never responded to my emails I have filed a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back

I d give my review zero stars if I could I ordered a product more than 20 days ago and despite inquiries have no information on the status of the shipment The tracking feature they provide gives no information I m afraid this company is a scam so please proceed with caution

Total scam Definitely not anywhere near the quality they claimed Box came with zero instructions and also shipped out of China Very low quality think dollar store and not worth what we paid The box didn t have any Brick Arsenal branding nor did the product Everything was just tossed in the box without any additional packing a disappointing purchase Save your money and don t buy from them Go to Walmart and buy a nerf branded gun instead will be cheaper and better quality

Incomplete items came from China scam company

Received the parcel within 11 days from purchase so that s good BUT It came from China and the bullets and instructions that I paid for were not included It takes forever for them to respond to emails or they don t respond at all Product came from China there s Chinese marking everything and even a store name that I researched and found on Aliexpress Scam company pretending to be US based

Worst company to buy from SCAM

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on October 11 and it was missing an item I sent numerous emails and they keep giving me the run around Its Dec 3rd and still have not received what I order If I could I would give them no stars I ve called the phone number on the website and nothing People don t buy from this company

Order not delivered

Made and paid 72 for an order on October 31 which hasn t arrived in spite of tracking system saying it was delivered on November 21 No reply from three emails to date The order was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my Grandson so extremely disappointed with this company
