A happy customer

Really impressed with this Lego subscription service Some great sets to choose from and you get to choose which set you get each time from all those available which is far better than a previous subscription I tried where you had to select so many sets and they would send whatever was available at the time Another thing I prefer about this company is they send the original paper instructions rather than linking to the online ones which just didn t have the same appeal to me Sending back is so easy too everything you need comes in the package I had to contact customer service with an issue when signing up and they were really friendly and helpful too so would definitely recommend

great idea and service

recently joined so i could complete and not store large sets although you can only get hero sets 1k after 3 months this isn t a problem at all gives you chance to judge the company and service before embarking on a titanic adventure pun intended my one teeny tiny not so much a complaint is no numbered bags my brain likes order 1 to 2 to 3 i had a bit of a shock when vader turned up in one bag and my brain did not like it at all but that being said i can see how alot of people will like the hide and seek game that comes with doing it that way so like i said noit a complaint really thanks brick borrow

I wish this had been a thing when my children were growing up Been subscribing for about 3 months now and honestly the whole family get just as much enjoyment from it It s all the fun of lego without having to worry about where to store them after It s also meant we get to build sets we previously wouldn t have because of the cost to buy them For lego lovers brick borrow really is the best thing since sliced bread

Wicked idea for company

Signed up 3 months or so ago so far faultless I see some moaning about postage however what they could do is charge more per month and claim free postage For company that s just gone a year old I think they are doing rather well like Rome like lego was not built in a day small ones are All interaction so far has been quick and easy and I believe it s been from the owner of the company Anyone that moans about the 3 month good behaviour before getting the larger sets just has to accept these are the rules Read all available information on their website before signing up that way you know what you are signing up for Cancelling seems to be easy so I wouldn t stress if you don t like it Until I grow up 43 think I ll hang about for a while

Such a great company and great customer service

Such a great company and idea for lego lovers I love building lego but the sets are so expensive Brick borrow take the cost element away to make it so much more reasonable All the pieces are in the sets with the books exactly the same as a lego kit and they always use genuine lego kits Definitely recommend

I had a subscription for my 8 year old

I had a subscription for my 8 year old who is autistic and I was buying endless Lego sets that are very pricey This is a fantastic alternative it is very affordable and their customer service is great There is a great selection of sets they arrive very well packaged with the labels to return Unfortunately my son s Lego obsession has dwindled and they were very good to cancel the subscription but we will be back

Great service sets are always clean complete and with original instructions The hassle free return system meant it is never a chore to send a set back and sets are processed quickly on return allowing you to borrow another set quickly

We recently signed up for the two set subscription and I have been incredibly impressed by the process and the sets we have borrowed One was a very recent release and we have loved building it We have a really busy lifestyle and I share the subscription with my son so we both get a chance to build the kits in our own time before racing to return them The higher priced sets do require a longer apprentice time of 3 months before borrowing which is understandable to prevent thefts but we still found some excellent challenging kits to choose from out of those available I really look forward to making my way through the offerings and value the friendly customer service Keep up the good work guys
