They take your money and forget about you
I bought an item for my son for Christmas on the 30th November It didn t arrived by then so I just thought it s a busy time and gave the company the benefit of the doubt I contacted Brickshop eu on a number of occasions and all they could say was that they are investigating the non delivery Now it is the 4th February I am constantly chasing them for a response and my last request was that I would like a manager to contact me They didn t even reply They said at one point that they will not refund meUntil they sort out things with the delivery company Why is this my problem Absolute disgrace of a company I would NOT recommend

I placed an order on the 10th December 2019 and I have still not received delivery to the UK I have emailed 5 times and have not had one response Dreadful service and apalling lack of acknowledgement Will be taking to trading standards

Sent a faulty item Blocked my account when asked a replacement
I bought few expensive items One was damaged but the shipping box and other items was immaculate I contacted Brickshop eu and they said I have to pay for this item s return I wrote them back that is unacceptable while their Terms and conditions says if the item is faulty they ll pay the return fee They sent me the same email again I contacted on a number of occasions and I am constantly chasing them for a response and my last request was that I would like a replacement and a free return They didn t even reply and now they blocked my account on Brickshop eu Absolute disgrace of a company I would NOT recommend Don t shop I won t let them steal my money

Hilariously poor customer service
I ordered a Lego Ducati Pangale V4 from this shop but when I received confirmation realised that it was being shipped a few days later than I expected I found out that I could get the same model locally so immediately emailed to cancel the order I was surprised to be informed that even though the model had not been sent out and was not even available to send my money could not be refunded When I informed the company about my consumer rights I was told that I could return it but after it had been sent out in a few day s time I said that that was ridiculous as it hasn t even been shipped yet only to then be accused of being dishonest and fraudulent I would avoid this shop simply because if you have any problems with your purchase you will be in trouble However if you very much enjoy comically bad customer service this is the place to go

Bad customer service
So Brickshop is cheap and has a good selection of lego stuff however Brickshops website is unresponsive and often slow which results in timesouts which are problematic when your processing orders Now this is not a once off this has happened to me twice where when inputting an order the browser has timed out and results in me doing a refresh on my webpage however then it appears that no order has gone through SO off you go and redo the order on the painfully slow website and it is processed this time Then you realise the order has been duplicated and that they have charged you double while you are still receiving automated emails from the system that the order has not been paid SO lots of confusion then you have to engage with the email assistant who respond with really unhelpful emails like login to your account and you will see your orders or after crafting a long email in response to them you get a response like You e-mail has been answered Please let us know if there are any questions left They even accused me of spamming when I forwarded the 8 emails that the system has automatically sent me on the day of the order mix up So once I receive the duplicated order already 2 days late on delivery I ll will send all items back because I don t want any company to have my money if this is the way they behave I will be charged for the postage and package but you know what you live and learn 30 11 update the second order has NEVER arrived and they have still charged me

Absolute disgraceful treatment of
Absolute disgraceful treatment of customers Parcel was stuck for 3 weeks on out of delivery in the dutch post tracker Tried to get brickshop to push for investigation got condescending emails that I should not bother them as it s my own fault for using the cheap shipping option They charged a 30 euro s H fee n a 1500 euro order Turns out the post here tried to delivered it but did not ring my door and did not deliver the packetslip I found that out after contacting the dutch post several times and in the end someone gave me the new irish tracking number I had to go and pick up my parcels myself and pay a taxi to drive them home with me If I would not have investigated myself and pushed with the dutch post luckily I do speak dutch the parcels woudl have returned soon enough and I don t even want to know how that would have been dealt with by the so called customer service of this store Also according to the dutch post they did not start an investigation as they claimed in the first reply Their Customer Support does not sign off with names but just as brickshop team probably so they can push around blame The Lego itself was packaged well and all so far has been complete boxes in good condition as well except one small street box but that one is not collectable in any way so I don t care about that one Prices are okay to good to slightly high for some stuff that is EoL or harder to find but even those are still okay Would not order again based on interactions with the Customer Service

Con artists
Do not buy from this company they sell things that are poor quality and refused to give me a refund for a backpack I bought my son that he started using in September 3 and a half months later the straps are broken and it s useless to me 72 16 down the drain Save yourself the hassle and but from a local shop that has good customer service not like this crowd who won t respond to you when they get sent the evidence of faulty goods

Missing order - do not order from the UK
I placed an order on the 27th November Delivery was attempted on the 1st December The parcel is now delayed with the courier and Brickshop say that it will be up to 6 weeks before the investigation is concluded This is a gift for Christmas and the only assistance offered by Brickshop is to open an investigation with postNT They are not able to contact the courier in the UK Evri and ask for more information Brickshop appear to have passed the responsibility for delivery onto the courier and have offered no alternative solution to resolve the order other than to wait for the investigation to conclude Brickshops courier in the uk Evri has been voted the worst for service in the UK for the second year running by Citizens Advice

The most disastrous experience I have ever had as a buyer in over 40 years This is my experience in 3 years About 20 orders of purchases from this company First some clarifications 1 I am an experienced collector so my quality expectations are very high as a customer 2 Whenever I buy I try to group the orders in a better way in order to pay around more or less 300- 400 3 I always use DHL Express on my deliveries for the fastest and more secure shipment - The most of the times the sets arrive damaged With cutter marks hits and not only because of the carrier - The Customer Support is horrendous The worst customer service I have experienced in over 40 years The person who answers the emails when he answers is not friendly he has absolutely no empathy and what is worse he never gives an adequate solution to the customer s problem He answers evasively and implying that the problem is exclusively a problem that the client has to solve on his own Unheard Very very disappointed with Brickshop no recommendable at all I have terminated my relation with them and I hope that in the future the market will locate them in their place
