Bric s presents themselves as a luxury luggage Italian brand In fact they are have the worst customer service on earht Luggage not made in Italy are beautiful but that s all Only beauty I have sent 25 emails to the customer service and they never answer to me Please avoid this brand Samsonite is less beautiful but they are relaiable And this is what we need when we travel

The worst shopping experience I have ever had I ordered 3 XL suitcases on the 20th of February Today is the 6th of March and the order is in Italy still I called them multiple times I wrote them on Whats Up - they refused to answer I can t believe what exactly happened Never again Be aware
