I brought a car on Friday 05 05 23 and David Aleman was my salesman When I arrived David was so polite and welcoming nothing was too much for him and he s also funny I looked at two different cars and I was happy with the second one so I went ahead with it it was such a smooth process They had an issue with the v5 but David went out of his way to take me to the post office highly recommended buying a car from Ford Bridgend customer service is outstanding I can t wait to come back and buy another car already

We cannot praise Bridgend Ford enough particularly Andrew in commercial sales We had been trying to get details of the new Ford Nugget campervan since we read about its existence in Europe we knew it was about to be launched in the UK but kept going round in circles with other garages Andrew not only gave us clear and concise information but invited us to view one he had just had in that day As we have owned several motorhomes over the years we knew our onions so to speak Andrew just let us look at and try everything on our own so no pressure the whole experience was very relaxed and refreshing Three days later and the vehicle was ours and all this as Wales was about to go into national lockdown no mean feat as we live across the water So thank you again to Andrew and the team we are thrilled with our new vehicle and would definitely recommend the Bridgend Ford experience We will be back for any future purchases
