Never processed my refund

The range I bought from Brightest Home stopped working after a few months and when I tried to file a warranty claim they told me that they didn t have the part to fix it so I could return it for a refund They told me that they would process my refund after they picked up the broken range They picked it up on August 5 and it is now December 3 and I still haven t received my refund I ve contacted them 20 times and they don t respond so I m still out 1000
