Brightpath just delivered

As a first time homeowner I had so many questions about the whole buying a house process experience and since I was being transferred from one state to another finding the right lender and the right house was not an easy task I did my research I selected a few lenders and compared their Worksheet fess and Brightpath was by far the best I worked with John Palmer who was a great listener and had soooo much patience due to all the redundant question I had again first time home buyer he always assured me that I was in good hands He always called to follow up on the process he was always available even on weekend I used to email him with questions on Saturday hoping he would respond by Monday but he responded right away He walked me through the closing cost the escrows and the underwriting He always gave me a peace of mind knowing that my closing cost date was never delayed and closed on our house and the same date that was agreed on day 1 He is highly recommendable
