Having been with Brillband for around 3 months i cannot recomend them enough From super fast speeds fantastic customer service and personable relationships with customers they are easy to deal with whenever you need help

First month review

Had Brillband for about a month now By far the best internet company I ve ever been with No downtime no faff speeds are excellent Quick set up time as well Had slight trouble with the wifi range across the house but easily fixed with a longer ethernet cable and repositioning of the router Getting about 260-300mbps from one end of the house to another which is far better than my 20mbps with talk talk with the router in the middle of the house The speed is definitely 500mbps when closer to router and 900 when plugged directly into a device If you re looking to change broadband provider I cannot recommend them enough Price is the best you re ever going to get for the speeds and amazing customer service they provide It feels nice to have a local Scottish company to challenge the big guys in the industry Hope youse are around a long long time Keep up the great work

Felt like I took a bit of a risk going with a brand new company I knew very little about but I m so glad I did The value for money here can t be matched I ve been in touch with the customer support a couple of times now and each time has been a breeze Extremely attentive and fast to respond to questions queries Get ready to subconsciously adopt the brand s use of emojis Speeds are brill band And the guys from CityFibre who did the install were great too A month in and I have no complaints whatsoever I hope this helps put your mind at ease
