Did an online click and collect order on 22nd and website said order today and collect tomorrow Needed items for Xmas Went to store 5pm 23rd no order Could take a week FALSE ADVERTISING And no communication advising delay Very poor service

The worst click and collect I have ever
The worst click and collect I have ever used in my life You enquire through email about your parcel - no reply You contact them over the phone they don t know anything You go into their branch and ask the customer service where specific items are to be told to look for it myself because a staff member moved it and can t remembr where she put it and the items are small so your better off having a sniffer dog otherwise be prepared to play find a needle in a haystack through the whole entire store

Albany Store
Went to Albany store to buy mattress topper They were on sale Great Took to cashier and was told not on sale Advised cashier sale brochure was there can she come and confirm Told no but will page someone Didn t page anyone so went back to cashier She showed a total lack of interest Again requested assistance and eventually had someone confirm they WERE on sale No apologies or anything General comment for Albany store needs more floor staff and certainly more customer service training Why bother going there when Bed Bath and Beyond are around the corner

I d give this business a zero rating if it was an option And I should have checked their reviews especially regarding their click Collect process because it s the worst I ve ever experienced And I do a lot of online ordering but never have I had this happen to me before Similar to a couple of reviews listed I too thought click Collect would be a faster option but alas I m still waiting over a week now I understand due to the holidays sale periods there has been a high volume of sales causing a breakdown in their system but to keep giving a generic response to all my enquiries to only offer the solution of a refund is poor service behaviour After numerous phone calls online enquiries emails I get an email reply today with another generic response telling me I now have to wait another 5 to 7 business days for my order I can see the items are available at another local store I mention this to them previously their response is I should cancel my order go to that store to purchase them Will I still get the said items at the discounted offer that I initially ordered online I guess not because the item is no longer on sale Disappointed frustrated is an understatement of how I feel about dealing with this company right now

BAD TO WORSE - or from the sublime to the ridicuious
Ordered 30 12 3-5 business days - standard email - showing received then radio silence For the past 24hrs not able to contact anyone 1hr on hold with the call centre - call back no call back received - no response to email and the chatbot says you will get a call back - nothing happens - Call a store - store manager says they can t help - just have to wait due to unprecedented high volume - I ask why were we not advised - response - cannot send email to tell everyone of delay - B S - basic step to send email to all oustanding orders that there is a delay

Poor online service
Placed 2 orders online 29th December order number 27625225 2nd order 30th December order number 27914656 It is now the 8th January and still have not received Sent an email 2 days ago requesting an update Have not received a reply I am now currently on the phone to the Briscoes 0800 number The computerized message stated I was in an 8 minute queau 40 minutes later I am still in the queau Very disappointed Confirmation emails for both orders stated I would receive a follow up email when items have been dispatched along with tracking details This was not received Certainly will not be ordering from briscoes online ever again Unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced such shoddy service Lesson learnt Note deliveries should take between 3-5 days non rural I am auckland based

Poor quality product and terrible customers service
Placed an online order for dining chairs waited ages only a few turned up and then they cancelled the rest of the order as they didn t actually have that number of the chairs in the country spent ages going back and forth and eventually they found another one but still not the right quantity they wouldn t offer any further discounts or warranty Now most of the chairs wobble and feel like the backrest part is coming away from the seat part Poor quality product and terrible customers service AVOID

they can improve by not selling cheap products pretending to be expensive I bought some sheets from Briscoes first time on the bed heaps of pulling I have a video of all the bits coming off the sheets and it s yuck
