Avoid at all costs
I strongly advise against using this company Despite being only two months old it is already evident that it is managed by individuals who are deeply unpleasant and from our experience have a propensity for threatening behaviour particularly towards women It is important to note that this company is not officially approved by Bristol Airport Although the airport authorities sympathised with our experience they indicated that they have no control over these independent parking companies which operate within their car parks like any other customer Additionally this company is not affiliated with any governing body meaning that if something goes wrong you have little recourse Meanwhile the unprofessional individuals running this operation have already taken your money and have possession of your car A simple look at their incredibly naff AI-generated website should be a red flag Please do not fall for this scam as we did I am particularly concerned about how vulnerable people might be mistreated by these unscrupulous individuals Do yourselves a favour and pay that bit extra for official parking services - don t leave your vehicle in the hands of these people

Disgusting
Disgusting Used this company to drop off 2 cars Both cars damaged on return One of my cars came back with damage to the front bumper They ve sprayed it with a spray can to try and hide it The other has been left scratched I d only recently had the car resprayed so I know 100 the car paint work was immaculate In addition to the damage a pillow left in the passenger footwell had muddy footprints all over it This 5 minute make shift company of people that would gladly damage your car and not own up to it Taking your money and completely dishonest company I hope karma comes back around Conmen and conwomen

Zero stars DO NOT USE Absolutely awful and complete cowboys Thewoman girlfriend of the business owner was verbally aggressive and threatened to withhold our car Then got a male to call me up and threaten me with bringing the car back on his terms They both hung up on me as clearly couldn t articulate what they wanted to say We ended up calling the police Car was dumped in the short stay with the keys in it unattended Joke will be on them as no way this business is going to survive looking at all these negative reviews We are also going to go through Bristol airport as this company is giving meet and greet a bad name

Awful
Awful - do not use I am not sure if I have ever come across a company so lacking in customer service as this In fact they were outright aggressive Similar to another reviewer when we questioned their actions regarding getting our car back at a certain time they threatened us with not bringing it back at all or until waiting taught us a lesson As a woman travelling alone with my children as they were aware this was very upsetting and left a very sour note at the end of our holiday I m not sure if I will ever use valet parking again Use at your peril - and if you do do not dare to upset them

Do not use After texting them the day before the cancelled whilst we were at the airport waiting for them via text They have now blocked my number and are ignoring my emails so I have been unable to get a refund

Stay clear- not genuine
I do not believe that this is a genuine Business I booked with them and phoned and said I was on my way the guy who answered sounded like he was half asleep but said someone would be there at 5am At 5 10 after numerous calls we received a text to say they were not coming to get my car and to use the short stay car park This incurred a 8 fee to exit the drop and go wheee I was supposed to meet my driver and a 235 parking charge I am now unable to get hold of them via email or phone to receive a refund I have contacted Bristol airport and will be contacting the police very soon

I recently returned from holiday and
I recently returned from holiday and logged into the Land Rover app to discover that my vehicle had been driven 22 miles during its time in your care This unauthorized use is unacceptable as it appears the vehicle was being used to transport staff to and from the airport without my permission I have already submitted several complaints about this matter but have yet to receive any response This lack of communication only compounds my frustration and disappointment in your service I expect a prompt explanation for this misuse of my property a formal apology and assurances that this will not happen again Additionally I request compensation for the inconvenience and unauthorized use of my vehicle If I do not hear back within insert timeframe e g 5 business days I will escalate this matter to Land Rover Corporate consumer protection authorities I look forward to your immediate response

Horrific
Horrific Absolutely horrific Can I say how disgusted I was at the personnel who collected my range rover from Bristol airport short stay car park I asked for ID as I was expecting a uniformed member of staff to greet me I was instead greeted by an Indian chap in a very scruffy tracksuit and when I asked for ID before I hand my premium car over he simply showed me a text that had my registration and that was meant to be acceptable I was in a rush to get a plane and figured I would worry about it after When I collected the car I had a look around it was handed the ticket and told I had to pay another 6 to leave the car park When I paid and got back into the car I noticed cigarette ash on my door frame and my car smelled of cigarette smoke There were items that were hidden under the armrest that had been taken out and put elsewhere in the car This is frankly unacceptable The car stank the whole way home and I was very angry to have to put up with it I read a review where someone suggested they checked their Landrover app and saw they had done mileage and used the car while they were away I checked to discover they had done exactly that on mine Over 20 unauthorised miles SMOKING in the car And I called to complain to be told I will get a call back I have not had a call and by looking at the reviews I don t think I am going to get one I am going to take legal action I am going to inform Bristol Airport as frankly people shouldn t be making a living this way Please do not use these people I only have one star to register it frankly they don t deserve that They are crooked extremely unprofessional and are not providing a suitable service Frankly using my car without consent is theft The police will also be reported
