DO NOT USE Shocking company
Do not use this company The company are totally useless My car was returned damage and dirty They call it meet and greet but they just left us waiting for 45 minutes for my car to be returned back to me The people who collect the car cannot talk English so when I questioned about the damage they told me to take a photo and email in When I did this their email team refused the photo and don t reply after that Please don t waste your time with this company they are by far the worst company I ve had to deal with

DO NOT USE Shocking company they used my car for 170 miles of personal use during our holiday Having provided clear photo evidence of the fuel status and mileage at drop off and collection they basically told me to f off with zero apology or investigation AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT USE ONE STAR TOO MUCH
WARNING - do not use It took me three attempts to get through to them to notify them of my arrival time Once I got through the instructions weren t clear where to the meet the person to hand over my car I was roaming the car park to find the person It was guess work I spotted a man and approached him to ask him if he was the person that I was meeting He then was on his mobile phone and didn t answer my question I got back in the car when he stood outside my car I handed over the key which was a silly thing to do because he didn t have a company badge or ID He didn t make me feel at ease I knew then that they weren t going to look after my car but was desperate to get on that plane On the plane I was worrying about whether he was the greet and meet person or have I just handed my key to a random person Came back and called them to notify them that I will be picking up my car It took several attempts and thinking I will have to make my way home without the car Eventually got through and they did meet me at the car park on time and the person was lovely I noticed the state of the car and the scratch scratch straight away The man was gone before I could address it I drove home because I had a child with me and thought I will contact the company when I get home I have emailed them and still haven t had a response I will be calling them if they don t respond I am not paying for the scratch The car was immaculate when I handed it to them and got it back a wreck Cleaning the car wasn t an issue and easily resolved but the scratch is going to be costly Also got a dentist on my front bonnet I am absolutely devastated I have learnt my lesson not reading the reviews beforehand The service is a reasonable price but it has cost my time and money I wouldn t have bothered This has distressed me and I am not easily distressed so it must be bad This is first time I have left a bad review but I wanted to warn people so the same thing doesn t happen to them Please find an alternative to park or get to the airport unless you want your car ruined They should be ashamed of themselves and not be trading I am going to report it to the police the car is a wreck

Terrible company
Used this company from October 13 to 17 2024 as a good price Never used a Meet and Greet service before but it will be the last Unclear from the start just where to meet No conversation with the guy who took the car not even sure he could speak English On returning to pick up the car again no communication the guy parked across 3 parking spaces facing the exit and disappeared very quickly I noticed the back window was partly down but I wasn t unduly concerned On the journey home my friend noticed the dashcam had been unplugged and the camera reversed The next day I noticed mud on all mats including the rear some mud on the back of front seats the back seats cleared and back arm rest down It was obvious that my car had been used It never occured to me photograph the mileage I phoned the company and asked to speak to the manager and spoke to Haron Shah the manager of his team He told me that should never have happened and to email them I sent details plus photographs but their get out clause in the small print is that any photographs taken should be at the airport with the terminal clearly in the background That would have been impossible given the fact that it was dark and beacuse of way he had parked the car Citizen s advice say that the small print is irrelevant as the Consumer Rights Act states there must be Reaonable Care and Skill in the service provided and will pass details on to Trading Standards I have notified the bank and they have advised contacting the police I think the worse thing about all this is that they are being allowed to continue operating in this way

Terrible company They repeatedly lied as to when the car would be retuned When it was retuned over an hour late the front number plate was missing the bumper is damaged with heavy scoring in the colour coded part The car was caked in mud and when I cleaned the mud off I noticed damage to one of my alloy wheels The woman I spoke to claimed her name was Marry Williams when it clearly wasn t she repeatedly put the phone down on me and was very rude I wish I checked the mileage as I suspect it was used when it should have been parked up AVOID THIS COMPANY AND I AM AMAZED THAT THE AIRPORT ALLOWS THEM TO TRADE

All the reviews written here are just like the condition of my vehicle They trashed it it was filthy 2 scratches damaged footprints all over the inside of the mats a quarter of the petrol was missing They are a lousy neglient company and should be banned from ever running a business

Avoid Bristol Airport Parking Solutions Meet Greet at Bristol Airport - Disastrous Experience
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This parking company is NOT part of Bristol Airport and a sham They use the short stay facility to meet you exchange keys and the ask you to pay for a ticket so they can exit I was advised my car would be parked around 4 miles away from the airport and should have been approx 8-10 miles of fuel used After a 3 day trip I arrived back to my car and of which 80 miles of petrol what been used My car was delivered back to me filthy both driver and passenger seats pushed all the way back like someone had been racing Nappy bags and baby wipes left in my drivers door My gloveboxes had been gone through The management company does not respond to calls or emails They tell you your complaint has been escalated then you just get ignored This has been going on for a month Luckily I took pictures of my car and of the amount of petrol when arriving and departing from the airport and have no choice but to now seek a claim

AVOID AT ALL COST
I booked a meet and greet parking service with Bristol Airport Parking Solutions at Bristol Airport on 16 12 Upon arrival no one was there to collect my vehicle as scheduled I tried repeatedly contacting them on the provided number 07926402946 for over an hour before getting into the airport but there was no answer I also tried to contact them via email to complain about the missed collection but received no response This left me stranded and forced to find alternative parking at the airport incurring significant extra costs I am extremely disappointed with this unprofessional and unreliable service I strongly advise against using this company for airport parking

I am writing to share my deeply troubling experience with Bristol Parking Solutions trading as GLD1 Trading Limited BMG Enterprise Ltd My encounter with their so-called meet and greet parking service has been nothing short of a nightmare and a blatant breach of trust Upon collecting my vehicle I discovered that it had been driven for an astounding 126 miles without my consent This is entirely unacceptable for a service that promises secure parking The vehicle s MPG had plummeted from 59 to 20 clearly indicating reckless and unauthorized use To make matters worse rubbish was left inside the car showcasing the sheer disrespect for customer property I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times but my attempts have been met with silence There has been no response or explanation which only adds to my frustration and disappointment It s evident that these people have no intention of addressing customer complaints or taking responsibility for their actions In my search for answers I reported the incident to the police They confirmed that Bristol Parking Solutions is well known for such scams and that they receive reports about this company on a weekly basis This is a serious red flag and I urge others to avoid this company at all costs These guys are cowboys preying on unsuspecting customers For anyone considering using Bristol Parking Solutions think twice Protect your vehicle and your peace of mind by looking elsewhere
