Super clean quality vitamins and supplements I m on my second 3 months supply of plant stanols After much research the amount of plant stanols in other products is not effective enough to lower cholesterol so it s a waste of money Most other products are bulked out with other vitamins and ingredients These super clean capsules are 95 plant stanols

I made my first order with British Supplements over two years ago when their magnesium-L-threonate was recommended to me to help with troublesome night-time leg cramps which were not responding to the magnesium I was taking from another company I was amazed when the leg cramps disappeared in a few days I gradually replaced the supplements from other companies with those of British Supplements In each case I could see and feel the the beneficial difference these supplements made rather then just trust they were helping I m sure this was a result of British Supplements using the highest quality ingredients and no fillers or harmful additives I recommend them very highly and would not buy my supplements elsewhere
