I will share below my extenuating experience with British glass and glazing the downsides they can create for you are just unimaginable Look for a legit company for the sake of your sanity and your financial health - August 2022 I live in a block of flats in central London and there was a small crack in the lower panel of my sash window a pretty easy job even if they charged me 410 but they came removed the sash replaced the glass - Few days later I see that one of the sash ropes is missing after multiple emails pictures and calls to prove that the rope was in place before they came the guy adds it back- October 2022 the building surveyor sees that the exterior of my window is cracked after being refurbished in July 22 and signed off by himself In addition the putty used around one of the glasses is dark and poorly applied The freeholders reach out to me this is a conservation area and I have to rectify such issues- I contact British glass and glazing with pictures and explanation of the issue to ask that they rectify the poor job they made I get no response for weeks after multiple chasing and excuses they reply that they don t see issues with the lack of professional standard or complete unawareness of central London requirements - November 2022 I am now evaluating legal action due to the sheer negligence by this companyBe very careful if you have a sash window don t let them touch any corner of it or they will ruin you

Excellent Window and Glazing company Competed internal Glass design along with fitting slim line bi-folding doors I habe used this company sevral times they are FENSA registered glaziers so fully experienced in all Glass Mirror and Glazing installations Great service

Steven and the Team at British Glass
I would highly recommend British glass and glazing for all your glass and glazing needs Fitted 5 Schuco Bi-fold doors and repaired 2 Schuco Bi-fold doors Also fixed our bathroom sash window cord This is the third time we have used a reputable company like British glass and glazing to carry out works for us and I must say they are the Best in the business

Efficient and easy to deal with
Steven and the Team at British Glass and Glazing are great to work with We had all our Sash windows overhauled Refurbished along with a few panes of glass replaced While at our property they also adjusted our Bi-Folding doors leading to the terrace I would Highly recommend the British glass and glazing teams for all your glazing requirements

A quick answer
I called these guys on Saturday evening after an attempted brake in after trying other 3 glazing companies without a success I got a call back and an engineer out within 1h of my call Engineer that came to do the works was very efficient I think his name was Harry if I remember right Thank you for great service Definitely recommend

VERY RELIABLE AND HONEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH
Great company to work with We needed our 100 year old Heritage Sash windows renovated refurbished as they were In complete disrepair The knowledge and experience of the team was the best I found and turned up on time Completed all our Sash windows to a very high standard including changing all the Sash cord and Draught proofing Thanks again for a great job British Glass and Glazing co uk

Really happy with the job
VERY GOOD AND HONEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH We have now worked with the British Glass and Glazing team for a good few years now and i must say they have never let us down From customer service to quality control i can not fault the team Harry the National Operations manager who i have personally delt with is a joy to work with We are Architectural glaziers with over 60 years in the trade who buy all our glass from British glass and glazing due to the high qualitu of products They have never let us down and allways fairly priced Allways return calls and emails in good time They are safe contractor Approved and FENSA registered instllers working to the highest standards We would highly reccomend for any glass or glazing works Thank you again
