This was our second major purchase from Broadmoor RV and also the second from Angel M As with our first purchase it was a great experience Angel Molly and Trent are exceptional representatives for the dealership and when we deal with them we always feel like we re their only customer Our first purchase was a Jayco trailer and this latest purchase a Coachman motorhome We are very happy with our purchase happy with what we received in trade for our trailer and the great pricing on our new motorhome When you know that you will be treated fairly it saves a lot of time from having to shop around Broadmoor RV is our go-to RV place

Everything was wonderful We had the BEST Sales person in Eder ever He walked us through EVERYTHING to be sure we stayed satisfied in the whole process We of course have not had a chance to see how the after the sale process goes but if anything like the purchase we will continue to refer them always Walking in the door to walking out As they say come as strangers leave as friends Service folks were amazing as well sorry I can t recall the individuals name Alfredo Was the Best Thank you all can t forget Molly in Finance and Victoria at the front entrance AND the gentleman that even gave us a restaurant reference AMAZING

Our sales person Angel was terrific through the whole process She went out of her way From taking extra pictures to driving several hours round trip to pick up the motor home we traded in on our new coach The delivery process was great A storm was coming in and yet we went through every detail on the coach and got out before it hit Thank you very much Dan and Mary

Smooth Transaction Doug was great

We showed up on the lot and told the Salesman Doug Sitton that we were looking for a quality trailer He showed us several examples We decided on a 2022 Arctic Fox 25W We couldn t have made a better choice This new trailer is so comfortable and well put together In fact the whole staff at Broadmore was friendly and helpful from the time we stepped on the lot to when we picked up our new trailer Would highly recommend these folks

Angel was wonderful Service was great We have to return to pick up the RV due to an issue with our hitch customer supplied Service was concerned about safety and recommended we get the correct parts They could have pushed us out the door and let us go on our own BUT they didn t Thanks guys We are looking forward to getting the RV and making it ours Thanks for everything Cecil Patti Williams
