From the start to the finish the service from Broadoak was excellent From the application process for the Eco4 grant where the lovely Kadi helped me through to the great guys that installed both the insulation and central heating system I cannot fault them Friendly efficient and expert in what they do If you qualify for a grant make Broadoak your first choice

Brilliant workforce

The guys who came to fit the air source heat pump solar panels and insulation were brilliant very efficient polite friendly and took care of my property They cleaned up after themselves every night even though they were coming back the next day They were also very careful with my pets my dog in particular was really stressed and they tried to put her at ease Can t fault any of the guys I can only thank them for all their hard work

Brilliant installation from start to finish Solar heat pump insulation water tank and radiators fitted The team were great especially Wesley and Chris They cleaned up every night checked with me every step of the job and worked hard to get it finished in time for my sister s visit I can t thank or praise enough and the system is great

Cavity wall insulation Brilliant company

Just had cavity wall insulation completed today in my 1935 semi detached house From the initial enquiry to completion the whole process has been faultless Every question answered by their surveyor and the gentlemen who came to complete were knowledgeable very obviously experienced polite friendly and tidy Went the extra mile too by sorting out a small patch of plastering adjacent to the area which was needed as part of the job I really can highly recommend this company I believe where merit is deserved it should be given

We are very pleased with the experience we had with Broad Oak Group when they installed our air source pump We had a thorough explanation of the work being done and how long it will take They took their time to answer any queries we had about this new system The engineers were very courteous and helpful and they made sure that we were happy with everything Since they left I discovered that one of the radiators had some knocks top bottom and on mentioning it they said that they will sort it out We can only recommend them Thank you

As an estate agent we worked with Broad Oak on a property in the north west in order to help the tenant with huge costs regarding bills and a poorly insulated E grade epc terraced property The landlord couldn t afford to update or put help the tenant in anyway This is where Broadoak stepped in with the government grant scheme it was a simply and effective process from start to finish They were polite genuine and extremely helpful with great skilled workmen landlord and tenant are both happy with the works and it cost them zero In this day and age where renting out a property is becoming harder The best way forward is to ask Broad oak for their advice and see what they can achieve Such a great job done thank you boys
