Avoid like the plague
After a year of average service my second policy was set up with fraudulent information supplied by them to the underwriters I would imagine to get the price down Cancelled after a month due to this and 3 months later I got some of my deposit back 6 months to get my NCB through aswell calling and emailing every day An absolute nightmare Avoid

Rude and arrogant staff Was spoken down to when I called about a policy and was made to feel foolish Very unhelpful Will be reaching out to the insurance company directly Shockingly unhelpful

Broadsure Direct look after our vehicle fleet policy and they are very competitive with pricing Anytime I contact them to make any changes to our policy or ask any questions their customer service and aftercare has been fantastic David Brear was excellent when looking into our Business Insurance policy which again we are considering Highly recommend contacting them for a quote
