Broadway com surcharges are WAY too high

For a 100 ticket to a musical Broadway com asked me to pay 35 in surcharges Other companies charge far less I bought my ticket from Telecharge and paid about HALF as much This company cheats the public Unfortunately they get away with it

Be aware that this is a reseller and not an official ticket vendor They pretend to be able to accommodate cancellations but after a few calls and emails it is very clear that they do not offer any refunds or cancellations for any reason I purchased tickets for different shows from this site and from Telecharge and when I needed to cancel and reschedule Telecharge was extremely prompt and issued a refund with no issues Broadway com on the other hand suggested I post my tickets on a reselling site which over a month later is still not successful Skip broadway com and make sure you are buying from each theater s official seller where you can be sure you have flexibility in the event of a cancellation
